The free version displays some ads and has a limit of three timers. This should be sufficient for most users, but you can always purchase the paid version if you need to set more timers. The ads themselves are placed in a way that doesn't interfere with the display or controls. However, there have been a few cases where the app stopped keeping track of the time when an ad appeared. This seems to be a bug that only occurs rarely, but can be quite inconvenient if it makes you lose track of timing.
